I was adopted at age seven by two loving parents who gave me support, safety, and unconditional love.

Before that, I experienced abuse and neglect while moving through foster care. Adoption changed the direction of my life because it gave me something every child deserves: a safe place to land and people who chose to stand beside me.

Years later, I found another kind of creative outlet in food. I started building salsas and BBQ sauces around fruit, citrus, peppers, smoke, sweetness, and heat. The flavors became Ell Vii's Sauces.

The brand carries the same idea that shaped my own story: something difficult can grow into something generous. That is why 10% of every sauce sale supports children navigating foster care and adoption transitions.
